Ummm deranged. The more I read the more I just think I need a secluded farm island because who is truly trustworthy. Great read.

"Not Gonna Lie," In the first half I was irritated with Shalima and her choices and I definitely didn’t understand how Malik fit in…but in the second half things started mixing and getting faster and I must admit this turned into quite an interesting crime thriller with a satisfying ending too!

Is a true treasure trove of short stories! Each tale is a mini-maze of suspense and surprises. It's amazing how Alexander manages to catch you off guard every time, making the book impossible to put down. If you love stories that keep you on edge until the very end, this book is perfect!

Listen… There needs to be a special padded room at Hamilton Psychiatric Hospital for every major character in every one of these stories!
This is my first time reading Samyra Alexander’s work, and she most definitely did not disappoint! From start to finish, “Twisted Endings” had me completely hooked. I enjoyed everything about this book. The title and intriguing cover set the tone for the dark, unexpected turns. And what really stood out to me was the anticipation of predicting the “Twisted Endings” in each story. I thought I had it all figured out, only to be totally surprised every time. If you like a book that is as entertaining as it is unnerving… This is that. 1-Click and read what all of my hype is about!

This was inspiring and uplifting and can be beneficial for anyone dealing with any addiction. Encouraging and thought provoking as it relates to accountability and acknowledgement.

"Wonderful," I thought the first installment of this series was brilliant, and the author does not disappoint with Part 2. Shaena’s ability to evolve, grow and change makes this a very relatable and satisfying read. Again, a very lovely read and I highly recommend, both books in this series!

This was a phenomenal read. The author did an outstanding job highlighting the effects of trauma and just how far it can go. The story had a slow build but once it got going it did not stop. Wow. There is a lot to unpack and process with this book. I am blown away and I cannot wait to read another book by this author!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I loved this book! It's full of surprises and the characters feel so real. Janet's story is both touching and exciting. There are some big twists that kept me hooked until the end. Definitely a must-read if you enjoy stories that keep you guessing!

From the moment I read the first few chapters I knew I'd love this book. As the daughter of a preacher, there were so many moments where I was like "Yep, relatable" lol. That aside, I really enjoyed the way this book never failed to keep things interesting. From the first chapter to the last, there is always something new happening or something that hinted at what's to come. This is a book that I hope becomes a series so we can continue to keep up with the sassy and witty Janet Moore.
